RRS represents clients in a wide range of
employment matters. Our litigators have successfully represented clients in a
variety of employment matters before state and federal courts, in
arbitration and before administrative agencies (including the EEOC, U.S.
Department of Labor and Texas Workforce Commission). RRS also counsels clients regarding issues arising
from the employment relationship (from hiring to termination), and assists
clients in developing well-constructed employment policies and procedures.
In our employment practice, RRS also regularly handles matters involving non-competition
agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets/confidential information
and other employment-related agreements, wrongful
discharge, discrimination,
harassment and retaliation and wage and hour disputes.
