This organization is comprised of judges, attorneys, law professors and law students, and seeks to promote and improve the skills, professionalism and ethical awareness of those in the legal profession. Casey A. Bell (10/15/2010)
RRS Attorney Casey A. Bell assisted as co-counsel in obtaining a defense verdict from a jury on behalf of his client Camelot Custom Homes. After a week-long trial of various construction defect, breach of contract and fraud claims, the jury found that Camelot had not breached the construction agreement with the plaintiff and did not find any fault in Camelot’s performance. The case was tried in the 353rd Judicial District of Travis County, Judge Jeff Rose presiding.


Dan Richards & Clark Richards (10/14/2010)
RRS Partner Dan Richards and RRS Attorney Clark Richards won a verdict on behalf of their client who sued for damages related to retaliatory discharge and sexual harassment. Additionally, our client received a unanimous jury verdict awarding punitive damages against the defendant. The case was tried in the 345th Judicial District of Travis County, Judge Stephen Yelenosky presiding.

RRS Partner Dan Richards and RRS Attorney Clark Richards received a judgment in excess of $900,000 on behalf of their client who sued for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and legal malpractice. Damages included recovery of all attorneys’ fees. Additionally, the jury made a finding of breach of fiduciary duty against the defendant. The case was tried in the 433rd Judicial District of Comal County, Judge Dib Waldrip presiding.
