Casey Bell

Casey is an Austin native. He is a trial lawyer who represents clients in all of the firm’s practice areas. Casey has specialized in product liability litigation, but has also handled numerous complex commercial cases and now primarily handles all manner of business litigation pending in the state and federal court involving contractual disputes, insurance coverage, debt collections, banking cases, employment matters, construction defects, real estate disputes, environmental permitting issues and forcible detainers. He also maintains a docket of regulatory and administrative matters.

Casey attended Florida Atlantic University on an athletic scholarship. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications in 1996. He earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1999. Casey worked as an associate attorney with Goforth Lewis from 1999 through November 2009. Casey was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1999. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyer Association. Casey was recently named by Texas Monthly magazine as a Top Young Lawyer in Texas as well as a 2010 Super Lawyer Rising Star.
