Monica Emilienburg is an attorney who specializes in business and corporate law. Her practice includes real estate transactions, the creation of employment contracts, intellectual property filings, tax planning, and general corporate transactions.

Her practice assists local entrepreneurs with the formation of business entities such as limited liability companies, C and S corporations, nonprofit organizations, and limited liability partnerships. She also specializes in real estate transactions ranging from commercial leases to the purchase of residential and commercial property and other real estate development projects.
