Casey Bell has joined Richards Rodriguez & Skeith LLP as a senior associate.
Casey is an Austin native. He is a trial lawyer who represents clients in all of the firm’s practice areas. Casey has specialized in product liability litigation, but has also handled numerous complex commercial cases and is now primarily handling business litigation involving contractual disputes, insurance coverage disputes, debt collections, banking disputes, employment disputes, real property disputes, environmental permitting issues and forcible detainers.
Casey attended Florida Atlantic University on an athletic scholarship. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications in 1996. He earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1999. Casey worked as an associate attorney with Goforth Lewis from 1999 through November 2009, at which time he joined his current firm. Casey was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1999. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyer Association.
